Thanks!

On 5th May 2008, they’re looking to claim the FA Women’s Cup for a third successive year. And you could be there to cheer them on.

Get behind the team and post your messages of support on Talkspace. The Arsenal Ladies’ team will then personally choose their favourite three messages.

If yours is one of them, you’ll get tickets for you and three friends to the FA Women’s Cup final. Plus match-day travel from the Emirates on official Arsenal coaches.

Join the Talkspace community in celebrating this exceptional team.

Brand new London 10k - women needed

Hey ladies, the Mencap running team needs you!

I love watching rugby but playing rugby, doesn't that hurt?

Luckily I turned up for the first day of training and am glad I did. Touch rugby doesn't invovle any physical contact (you just touch the opposing player) but it is great fun, brilliant exercise and a great way to make friends.

I would recommend it to anybody. And if you have a boyfriend/husband, you can get him invovled as there are lots of mixed teams around. As the nights get lighter a few girls are going to get together to have a run around and coach anybody that wants to get invovled. We would then point them in the direction of the many tournaments across the UK like those run by www.touchrugby.co.uk that they can sign up for.

I love to hear if any girls want to have a go - we are trying to get as many as we can into the sport.

M+K Half Marathon

Did anyone else run the M+K Half Marathon on Sunday, I did it in 1:45, post your time here...

MOVE IT 2008 (Dance London)

This weekend (07/02 - 09/02) the UK's biggest dance exhibition will bring together every style of dance under one roof for three amazing days.
